Savoyard tartiflette: a gourmet feast for mountain lovers!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of potatoes
- 200 g bacon or lardons
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200 ml dry white wine
- 1 reblochon cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
- Peel and boil the potatoes until cooked but still firm. Leave to cool, then cut into thick slices.
- In a frying pan, cook the lardons (or bacon) until crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the finely chopped onion until translucent.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
