The easy homemade fluffy cookies recipe
Ingredients:
- 280g flour
- 7g baking powder
- 7g baking soda
- 2.5g salt
- 225g softened butter
- 175g white sugar
- 175g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 10ml vanilla extract
- 280g chocolate chips
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Incorporate the two preparations and mix until well combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
Shape the cookies into golf-ball sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown. Leave to cool on the baking tray for a few minutes before transferring to a plate to cool completely.
