Ingredients:

  • 400g pasta of your choice
  • 12 scallops
  • 4 slices of Serrano ham
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250ml dry white wine
  • 250ml cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :

  1. In a large frying pan, fry the garlic and onion in the olive oil until soft.
  2. Add the scallops to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the white wine and boil for 2 to 3 minutes, until reduced by half.
  4. Add the cream and continue cooking until the sauce is thick.
  5. Add the Serrano ham cut into strips and the chopped parsley to the sauce and mix well.
  6. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain well.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well to coat well.
  8. Add the reserved scallops to the mixture and mix gently.
  9. Serve the pasta hot and enjoy this chic and delicious dish.
